The company promotes life/work balance, a fun environment to work, career development- these things are just a flat lie. Even if you are doing your job at 160%, don't expect to feel appreciated. This is not a company or environment that is work hard play hard, this is all work hard and be treated with disrespect. For an organization that is in the industry of teaching companies how to hire and treat their employees that are "performers"well, The Resumator sure doesn't have even a clue.

This is the best company I have ever worked for. They really care about their employees and how hard they work for the company. The Resumator has really developed and coached me to be better in many areas for my career. I've been rewarded professionally, financially and definitely personally. I like that.
