Great job for people just starting there employment experience. You work with a team. You have to be responsible for your task. If not you will jeopardize you whole team.

Cons

Overnight shift. If you up all day, and don't get your rest, even partial rest, its gonna be a long night. No sleeping on the job.

There's always been a need for and will continue to be at some levels for independent contractors, vendors and brand ambassador. Across the big businesses in communities in my opinion there's relationships to be built.

Cons

The pay is under no circumstance a valued reason to apply and work here. That being said the stores are a basic contract for hire. Vendors as myself conclude contract success this company does not grasp the respect and will never be out of the woods for mutual working environment as long as this company continues to think of their long-term contract as a long-standing shook on it once and set in stone guarantee. A different view of contract worker and store associate versus a work environment that sees and visualizes goals in the store and future respect for the community.
