Pros

Decent people to work around and nice, clean stores. Great money potential if you live in a huge city with lots of foot traffic.

Cons

Upper management will promise you full time hours (40 plus) a week but you'll end up working 30 if you're lucky. Slower stores it's hard to make any money in and they always set unrealistic expectations knowing your location doesn't have the foot traffic it needs to obtain the goals set in place! Upper management does a pretty poor job of training for management jobs and leaves you out to dry. Unfortunately this company has too many issues in poor training and it's all in who you know. You'd be better going to work for a corporate T-Mobile!
