Pros

What I appreciate about TROC is the company's commitment to employee development. Specifically, I am appreciative of the investment the company has made in getting members of the team AI trainer certified. This is a great step in enabling the team members within the organization to promote and train other team members throughout the various departments in the company on the benefits of AI and how to use the tool effectively.

Would like to see additional insurance benefits

Great to move up quickly but hard to handle stress

Move up quickly and easily

Cons

Branded Partner means more work for you with little help. They play the blame game rather than hearing out what the company needs to improve upon to actually help. It's all about numbers and outperforming yourself time and time again.
