      This company has no respect for their employees.

      Pros

      None at all. Only good thing is that I've learned from them that respecting your employees is a must which I will take with me. Something this company DOES NOT do.

      Cons

      The Retail Outsource has no consideration for their employees. I left the company due to a better offer, resignation letter and all, and they shorted my paycheck. They cancelled my paid time off when it had already been approved. This company has the mind set of "any employee is replaceable." Anybody looking to apply here, I HIGHLY advise you to look elsewhere.

      Great customers, pleasant environment. Great potential if coverage is not an issue in your area, but Hibbing is rough. There is not enough coverage.

      I respectfully decline to answer. I will not bad mouth my the company as I would expect them to do the same for me.

      Awesome leadership team and the way we manage our store every day full customer service at all times

      Cons

      To many information to learn only in two weeks of training also we need more trainings as a company to learn and refresh memories !!!!
