Pros

Management is great. Pay is definitely fair. Being around what you love makes any task seem easier, so as a hockey player it never "fully" feels like work. It's a great place to work when you're younger and still in high school or college.

Cons

Not any big cons here. Management at some rinks is better than others.

Flexible work schedule, lovely people. Super fulfilling

Cons

HR is pretty much useless, disciplinary action is almost absent, and there's a definite bias in management
