Pros

Great health care coverage premiums Abilities to work with people from around the world.

Cons

Poorly managed, no salary increases or bonuses, constantly on the verge of closing the doors, layoffs and furloughs happening seemingly quarterly for the past 5+ years. Toxic, high stress work environment. Seen as a worker and not a person.

Pros

A cool product, an atmosphere of getting stuff done, there was opportunity for international travel.

Cons

High turnover, high performance pressures. There were two rounds of layoffs in the first year I worked there (and it's a small company). Very much felt like everything was on the edge of collapsing.
