Pros

Extremely laid back = con.

Cons

Being one of 3 people worth anything in the warehouse, all the work was put on me. Low pay. Health imsurance sucks. Raises used to be merit based, makes sense right? You bust your butt and the get a higher yearly raise. Nope! now everyone gets the same amount. Doesnt matter if you make everyones life harder and make others pick up the slack. Rotating on-call schedule. Lazy workers. The managment makes very poor decisions that bring morale down. People get away with anything here. People in the office talk crap about the warehouse. Management is too afraid to repremand people. Management never pays attention to the people who bust thier butt and get tons of work done. Management makes plans with employees then turns their backs on them. Management is very good at telling you what you want to hear just to shut you up for a while but will do nothing about problems. This company is full of bosses, not leaders.
