The Environment itself is Amazing, Management works as a team to accomplish Great Goals and Recognize each Other, The Diverse group of people you get to meet with and work with is amazing,

Cons

Hours and Pay for a low tiered manager or employee are just not fesible to pay basic needs rent , bills You cannot stay on here without having another job or some other means of survival which makes the turnover for good employees high.

Thank you so much for your feedback. We absolutely hear you regarding losing top talent at the supervisor level. It's a challenge we've faced since our company was founded. Unfortunately, the seasonality of our business requires that we trim our teams down during the slow times to make sure that we can continue to invest in new business opportunities, which eventually turn into more growth opportunities for our team members. Hopefully, our paths will cross again. We're excited about a number of new ventures coming aboard in 2017. Please keep an eye out for more full-time positions which we’ll be posting soon.

We feel a little strange saying it (because of course we're bias), but since you said it first, we're going to echo - we think we're not all that bad, either =). While we're not perfect and are always working on ways to be better, we appreciate the recognition of our culture. It's something very important to us.
