Great in Theory, Struggles in Practice Because of Expansion

There are some truly dedicated individuals that care about all employees & make working with SSA bearable.

Cons

Waits for a very long time to actually take action. District leadership neglects to take care of problem management because they aren't the closest accounts & inconvenient to their schedule. Hours expected of you for the pay are extremely strenuous & drop your salary in half.

But we do encourage all of our leaders to take time when the opportunity presents itself. That's why we've created the "Use Your Best Judgement" vacation policy for our salaried team members. No need to track your hours. Take the time you need as long as the operation is taken care of.

Don't like older people. They hire chefs to make hamburgers and salads and put full time people out to .part time

We like to think that we offer more than just your typical burger or salad; that's why we hire chefs. Almost all our staff that has been hired as full-time employees stay so. However, the majority of our staff are classified as seasonal, thus the reduction of hours once the slow season arrives. Please check with your management team to clarify your status.
