~Select management didn't seem to care about employees feelings.
~People would leave left and right sometimes all within a week. And no one seemed to care that very valuable, dedicated and hard working employees were the ones leaving.
~Employees from lead level all the way to senior management would talk badly about others throughout the ranks. Some conversations that I heard were not acceptable.
~Favorites were treated like gods by senior management. And would get away with a lot.
~Rarely promoted from within.
~If they didn't like you they'll make sure you know and will do anything to try to get either rid of you or make you quit.
~Though company attempted to get departments to work together. Constant bad mouthing was present.
~Some managers would make up stories about other employees to make them seem irresponsible or terrible.
~If you were promised a raise it would take anywhere from a month or longer to happen. At times wouldn't get what you were promised.
