      If you get in with the right group, you can advance.

      Cons

      Too many managers and not enough workers. If you enjoy meetings that could be emails, this is the place for you. If you ask for help or explanations, just try to figure it out yourself and hope you get it correct.

      Pros

      decent work environment. Lot of little things to show employees appreciation.

      Cons

      Firm got too big too quickly. Too much workload and too few people. Culture in my area was not great and I never felt like I belonged. Need better taining.
