Pros

Very friendly and helpful coworkers. Good location in central Vermont and good physical office. Work can sometime be interesting.

Cons

Terrible benefits, about the worst available. Pay is just above minimum wage, and there is no overtime allowed. There is more work than time to do it, and you frequently have to work off the clock to get it done. Management is more concerned with insurance costs or with office cleanliness than with our concerns or input. Group leaders are overworked as well.

Slowly and sadly sinking

Pros

Knew how to acquire companies. That's about it. Some nice but clueless people. Ten years ago, it looked like it was really going places.

Cons

Doesn't know how to grow organically. Pattern is to buy companies, shrink them, merge them, and close them. Not much of a group left to the Sheridan Group.

Pros

None, management a mess and no raises, or incentives, complete chaos.

Cons

Read the pros, there is no more to add.
