Love local is nothing more than hollow buzzwords that are not upheld. No love for food, just for maximizing profit at the expense of the people that care. You're not a person, just a name on a schedule that eats up labor. Consistently set up to knowingly fail, then get put down for failing to meet the fluctuating standards. It's never a successful shift, always just fighting to survive the day. Currently a mass exodus of staff throughout the company. Told we get paid handsomely. Sure, on paper, but it does not matter when hours are getting cut constantly. Retention of bad employees because the good ones leave upon realization. Raises are like the jackalope, a myth.
