Pros

Employees are super friendly and fun to work with managers are generally approachable Staff meals and great discount

Cons

A lot of employees don't pull their weight management never reprimands their employees, people cant continuously show up late/ not at all, not do any work, hide in the kitchen/break room and for some reason get schedule to work the busiest shifts every weekend A lot of office politics Your hard work goes unnoticed, you often are required to pick up the slack from your fellow employees and then have to split tips with them

Pros

Free shift meal. 50% off otherwise. Easy work. Coworkers are awesome, customers are pretty cool. Doesn't take much effort to do well here.

Cons

Management is spotty. People get testy really easily. VERY slow and boring at times. Expected to keep busy even when there is literally nothing to be done.

Pros

Management is present and useful, restaurant is EXTREMELY busy in the summer months, events keep the work interesting, flexible scheduling, fun company culture.

Cons

The tip pool is basically designed to save the company money, and there is no transparency about tips earned on a daily basis. Bartenders tip out servers a huge percentage, even though beverage orders are paid for and tipped for at the counter in which the servers have their own tip pool, and regardless of sales. Despite the volume of this place, compensation is truly not competitive relative to other service positions in the area.
