I liked my coworkers axnd the flexibility of hours.

Cons

Too many. Too many take backs of benefits. Promotions seemed based on brown nosing not skills. The lack of acknowledging good work and the rush to tell you of yor faults. The poor to no raises. The lack of civility from many managers. The contemptbfrom upper management towards individual contributors.

The antithesis of transparency and collaboration. The leadership has bad habits which causes employees’ bad tempers, sloppiness, lack of collaboration, and general unfriendly attitude. Managers and the leadership are poor coaches and are not willing to get their hands dirty with the troops or do hard work. Departments that don't value and make time for building relationships with other departments. Most employees stop believing in this company and taking pride in their job significance, so your castle will fall.

Cons

Not the integrity they use to have. Too much middle management. Managers that have no clue what is going on. Communication is awful and favoritism is everywhere. Outsourcing jobs now with more in the future
