The pay was good. The benefits were good, but several reimbursement benefits were difficult to access

Cons

I was in a position with an impossible workload (the entire school district) and although I repeatedly asked for support, I didn't get support. I stayed in large part of the spread pay ( I spend my summer volunteering in Africa). When I told the company in June that I would not be returning in September my spread pay and benefits were revoked the day after school ended.

I didn't feel like I fit into the work environment/expectations of a sales role. I also wish I negotiated the very low salary.
