My manager ensured that I was getting compensated an hourly rate that I deserved. They always kept in touch and readily heard any concerns. Always tried finding alternatives if a location/contract was not working out for me (distance, org of the ISD, etc.). Stepping Stones Group also has great employee perks such as a wellness allowance and professional development allowance; with the pandemic they also gave us a PPE allowance!

Cons

I honestly do not have any cons. I cannot speak to their medical benefits because I did not opt for benefits through them, so make sure it works for you.

Pros

Casey is the most honest, caring person I've ever worked with. As my recruiter she knows what I'm looking for in a job and always has my best interest at heart. She is always there for me when I need something, and the best part is that she genuinely cares. They are the only company I've found that offers the benefits they that they do. They have a wide range of positions to offer and if there isn't one that fits, they'll find it!

Cons

It takes a bit of time for things to go through the chains of command. But I think that's because they are a multifaceted company.
