Managers allow some flexibility when life inconveniences come up

Cons

Low salary for role. Job seems to be for college graduates, not people with job experience and no room for growth within company it seems. Correlate being in office 5 days a week to productivity which is just not true anymore. Role is done just as efficient if not more at home. If role made remote the pay would not be as bad.

They sell you on happy hour and leaving early.

Cons

Worked here as a recruiter and literally was sold a dream. My former manager didn’t even stick to her word after I left about my commission and gave other people my candidates after leaving. The company is not what it seemed to be at all. The AEs make you miss out on money. The job can be remote but they want you to come in person 5 days a week.
