Pros

Stepping Stones has free CEU's they provide online, both as live webinars and videos you can watch on your time. They negotiate competitive pay, provided me with a supervisor I could go to with any problems or questions, and both my supervisor and recruiter check in regularly to make sure I am happy with my position. I truly feel like I have a team I work with here. I have worked with several contract companies and this is the one where I have felt the most supported.

Cons

Like all contract companies, finding hours depends on what jobs are out there. But Stepping Stones does check in regularly, and worked hard to find me more hours when I asked.

The Stepping Stones Group has been professional and have communicated their needs for me as a teacher and team member from day one. From the recruitment process, through the interviews, and then finally on boarding for the position, they have followed through in all aspects of the process. When I have questions they always respond promptly and provide me with the information I need. The school district that they set me up with has also been a pleasant experience. All of my team members at my school are available and have made my transition very smooth. I look forward to continue working with The Stepping Stones Group in the future.
