Compensation, Support, Communication, Perks, & Hours are incredible. Unlike other contract companies I feel very well connected with my district team. On boarding process was incredible and there was always maximum transparency.

StaffRehab is a great company to work for. They are genuinely interested in making sure you are fulfilled and happy i.e. workplace culture; making sure your caseload is not too much or too little; making sure your happy with your hours; placement, etc. I know I can count on StaffRehab if any needs arise without hesitation. They have advocated on my behalf i.e. increase in hours with my schedule. I completely feel and trust that they have my best interests in mind. They are super consistent about checking in to see how everything is going. On another side note, a co-worker of mine worked for a different agency; StaffRehab has significantly better benefits i.e. holiday pay, PTO, sick pay etc. than this other contract agency my co-worker worked with. You should trust that StaffRehab has your back! I definitely recommend working for them if you have the opportunity.
