Pros

I loved working for SSG for its work-life balance and flexiblity. Some pros: -Travel stipend -Flexible working arrangements (can change schools if it is not working out) -Healthcare benefits package - Friendly recruiters/support staff -My school was wonderful but experience can depend on placement

Cons

-Not a traditional teaching program so you get a 401k but not a pension -Difficult to grow in salary if you stay for years, but this can be true of all teaching placements
