Pros

The pay was good. The benefits were good, but several reimbursement benefits were difficult to access

Cons

I was in a position with an impossible workload (the entire school district) and although I repeatedly asked for support, I didn't get support. I stayed in large part of the spread pay ( I spend my summer volunteering in Africa). When I told the company in June that I would not be returning in September my spread pay and benefits were revoked the day after school ended.

-Loved the first supervisor when I had started -bi weekly pay -loved my assignment with my 1:1 - had good coworkers

Cons

- They have a new supervisor every couple of months - Got let go for no reasonable explanation, then my emails were ignored when I had questions. -they said they would put me in another district (within a month) after taking me out of the one I was in, but never did and after three months sent me an end of employment letter. - management was unprofessional - felt like I wasn’t supported enough
