      -School schedule -If starting at the beginning of school : salary based -Good for employees who like hands off approach

      Cons

      - No direct knowledge of your current location and its specific needs -Worried about setting up contracts, so they keep management salary - When issues arise at partular schools the direct employees are always taking the hit -contract based so no long term stability

      Scramble, Frustrating, Un-Organized

      Bi-weekly pay, PTO and Medical/dental is decent.

      Cons

      No matching for 401(k), feels disorganized as a whole, no performance raises, just COLA at 1-3% if you are lucky to get one.
