Low pay however I have received the pay increase and added PTO that I have requested each year.

The Stepping Stones Group provides varied levels of support via regional clinical managers and within the district itself. Free CEUs can be obtained by utilizing Bridge Academy. SSG offers a professional stipend, health benefits, 401(k), sign-on bonuses and referral bonuses.

Cons

None that are directly related to SSG, however, the profession often requires work (report writing, etc.) that must take place outside of contracted hours.
