      Pros

      -Loved the first supervisor when I had started -bi weekly pay -loved my assignment with my 1:1 - had good coworkers

      Cons

      - They have a new supervisor every couple of months - Got let go for no reasonable explanation, then my emails were ignored when I had questions. -they said they would put me in another district (within a month) after taking me out of the one I was in, but never did and after three months sent me an end of employment letter. - management was unprofessional - felt like I wasn’t supported enough

      Pros

      If you're someone who can interact with children. This job will be a breeze. You're also in charge of your schedule to a certain degree. You choose the days while they choose the hours.

      Cons

      Felt very undervalued by the company since your usually by yourself. Some supervisors can be shady as with any corporate ladder. People can get intimidated with competition.
