-No specific HR person to contact with benefit/pay questions (notice that even in the reviews where SSG comments, they only reference a generic HR email contact. As an employee, it's the same general email with a different person responding to every inquiry or step in the inquiry process) -If employees make other employment plans for their next assignment, SSG cuts their employment earlier than stated in their signed contract (which may affect their health insurance coverage) -Promise to provide a clinical manager to support therapy staff, but often that person is overburdened with too many other responsibilities and isn't very available -Recruiters who add little, if any, value or support to the employment experience -Pay tops out pretty quickly with increased experience and negotiating a raise is difficult to impossible -No 401(k) match or retirement contributions provided by employer

Benefits and commission could have been better. Job I was hiring for made commission almost impossible
