Pros

Good pay. Nice that they have local events for employees. SSG really cares about their employees and I've trusted them b/c I've had no reason not to. Great clinical support from local leaders.

Cons

Professional Development funds are not the same for everyone.

Pros

I do not have anything positive to say.

Cons

Had to leave town for a family related incident, I told them that I would be gone a week. They harassed me when I was in the ICU with a family member, demanding to know when I would return. I told them that I wanted FMLA, but they never sent me the paperwork. The pay overall was too low and the benefits too expensive. I would not recommend.
