Pros

Great environment, diverse staff, nice showroom and product, and great mentors and can make great money. Honestly, it is great having diversity in age as well. Refreshing for Millennials and Gen Xers, as well as Gen Y and Boomers. All good! If only USA ran this smoothly.

Cons

Weekend work takes getting used to if not presently in Retail. However, the days do fly by. Management flexible when you need it!
