      Cruel management and lack of commitment to DEI and Employee Wellness

      -Work from home -healthcare benefits -incredible coworkers -better pay than many non-profits but still not a real living wage

      Cons

      -Exec suite leads with a dictator's hand - uninterested in listening to the employees or prioritizing their wellbeing. Execs and management are unable to hear feedback without getting defensive and shutting employees down. -Active union busting -Worked there for more than 2 years and never received a performance review -Employees are given zero power/autonomy -No room for growth

Trevor truly has gone down the hill, in the pit, through the mud, and right into the dump Want a unsafe working space filled with bullies in leadership… this is the place to you Yes directors and C suite YOU Y O U are the problem
