Pros

No real pros of working for them vs other companies.

Cons

They pay some of the lowest wages in the city for a phlebotomist. They’ll start someone off at $13.50 an hour while other companies will start off at $20.00 with the same experience. There are phlebotomist’s working with years of experience who still only make $15.00 an hour. They string you along with promises of raises and never deliver. The workload is always increasing along with inflation but the pay never does. They have money to build new hospitals and new hospital towers and renovate over and over again but can’t afford to pay their employees a decent wage.
