Chaotic work environment Workplace violence No electronic data system. Outdated paper data system consisting of paper charts with enormous amount of forms to be filled out by hand. Its a major source of errors and headaches. Managers are apathetic Lack of integrity-The hospital sometimes holds individuals that do not meet criteria or milk their insurance to maximize profits.
