Pros

They have fun, work hard, play hard, expect a lot but give a lot. Really invest in their people. Open communication

Cons

They are small so if you want to climb a ladder, its hard, but their are way more things that off set it and they do a good job of revisiting salary, commission, bonus, benefits etc..

Pros

There is none! Promised a job to work and never received one paycheck. 25 days of wasted time from initial contact.

Cons

No communication, poor scheduling, lack of knowledge to general employee questions, misleading on starting dates for work, showing up late for scheduled events, and lack of being professional.
