I have enjoyed working for Vision and have grown a lot within my career and it has pushed me personally as well!

Cons

Not a ton of room for growth

Pros

They take the time to learn what you're looking for, at a company that will be a good fit. They're very helpful answering questions.

Cons

The hiring process can take a little longer, but they do try to find a good fit between employee and employer.

fun work environment, personable, pay

Cons

The only downside is that it is a smaller company so the benefits options are limited but they do offer benefits!
