Good Company, but has it's flaws
Pros
Company has good structure for trainings and gives you a lot of opportunities to grow. Learned a lot about construction and was pushed out of my comfort zone many times.
Cons
Some of the management play favoritism. Was forced to take PTO for doctor's appointments even though we already work 50 hours (and we only get paid for 40) while others can come and go from work without being micromanaged. Long hours, difficult work life balance, and it seems like they hire others more often instead of promoting from within. When mistakes would occur on the project, management would get emotional and always point the finger. But when certain individuals who are buddies with management make mistakes, they get more compassion than others. Once you make mistakes, they never look at you the same. I believe all employees should be treated the same and this is not what I have experienced.
