      It is a nationwide company, one of the biggest heavy civil contractors in the country. Good exposure to interesting projects.

      Cons

      Bad working environment (might be an industry cons). Bad management (at least in California). Bad coordination of work - working nights and weekends due to lack of planning at the begging of the project.
