Financially secure, large geographical reach, large range of construction service capabilities, provides training and decent benefits.

Cons

Very disconnected communication between regions. You can sometimes feel like a "cog in the machine". Slow to research, test and adopt new technologies and processes. Too much focus on hard bid work.

- Exposure to industry - Opportunity to move around - Variety of projects - Opportunity to work on big dollar projects

Cons

Started off as a great work experience but turned around once I got into the swing of things. They need to do a better job at vetting the people they hire for projects. The project I worked on did not care much about the professional development of PEs. A lot of favoritism was played too.
