Pros

They make sure to take care of their employees and listen to their needs. If someone had to get reloacated then they will keep them on that project for a year or so and then move them back home if a position opens.

Cons

Some of the Project Managers take advantage of the entry level engineers. Sometimes dificult to move up within the company.

Pros

My time as a summer intern on a job site was very educational. They encouraged me to get outside and understand the work. The PE who supervised me was very helpful. They had a nice going away lunch at the end of the summer just for me and a big team dinner when the boss came down from Chicago. Paid well for someone in school.

Cons

Lots of work and stress for PEs and APMs.

Experienced professionals, growing portfolios and professional atmosphere in the office.

Cons

Nepotism, and few favorites making all the decisions. Family owned and yet to develop true corporate culture. Regions are acting independently and not sharing job and personnel.
