Very large-scale projects, lots to learn and grow from in the short term.

Cons

Lack of proper managing/training of employees, 55/hr work week does not seem to make sense in the slightest. Management does not give the tools for success for the standard employee. Lack of focus on where assets should be put into a particular project

Great company to start your career in construction. Huge national reach and lots of opportunities across varied project types.

Cons

The company has grown quickly in the last decade and is spread thin in some areas. Hopefully, as work continues to stabilize, the resources needed will fill in as they have in the past.
