      Pros

      Walsh is a great company to gain a lot work experience. You will be given a large work load, and a lot of responsibilities ranging in different areas to help you learn. They also have a decent training program.

      Cons

      Since Walsh is a family owned company, you certainly see the negative side of that. People who are way more qualified get overlooked for family, or family friends with little to no experience. Work hours are also long, but that is to be expected in the construction industry.
