      Excellent training program, great exposure to the industry, high profile projects

      Cons

      It's easy to hit a wall in your career development. It's fast paced, demanding work. Reviews come every 6 months with a minor raise for 3 years. After that, good luck with your pay increases! The bonus structure is "completely transparent" and tied to the profitability of your project (could be great, could be terrible), and not to your personal performance.
