Management was good at letting everyone do their jobs. I saw very little micromanaging. Compensation was good. Culture was good.

Cons

Getting resolution to issues regarding employees who would not perform was challenging at times.

- Job security - Multitude of projects in all sectors

Cons

- Don't take good care of employees - Expect the most with compensation not being matched - Long hours, little reward - Would rather get rid of good personnel to save money if more money is being asked for - Poor professional development of project engineers and young individuals starting their career in construction. - More worried about miscellaneous tasks that take away from allowing time - to get out in the field and learn first hand. - Most upper managers don't seem knowledge of how to actually build a job and aren't involved with what's going on in the field.
