Pros

They do all their best to keep their employees, they have big projects, you will learn a lot, you will be exposed to the newest technologies in the industry.

Cons

Not everything is perfect everywhere...But it is well better there than a lot of places.

Pros

Walsh is great. I have no work-life balance complaint like the others on here. I worked for another employer for 7.5 years and Walsh was a drastic improvement.

Cons

When newly hired, Not given a lot of training or direction. Picked up responsibilities but later realized a heavier need was elsewhere and was criticized for troubling to meet expectations.

Pros

Good location in West Loop.

Cons

No room for growth. Inefficient PTO roll out - allows for 15 days of PTO for 2 years. No holiday or company events. No bereavement, sick time, or vacation time. High volume of employees leaving after changes. Despite being a Platinum LEED certified building, they use recycled air.
