The trades guys are fun to work with. They provide training. You get to visit exciting job sites. Health insurance is great

Cons

Not much diversity is very male-dominated. The vacation policy is historic for accumulation. There is a lot of tension in jobs that are not going well. They care more about making the most money than taking care of there people.
