Thanks for taking the time to write a review. We’re glad to hear that you’ve had a positive experience overall. We would, however, like to understand your feedback concerning upward growth and diversity in upper management. While we have been working diligently to expand our diversity initiatives, we realize there is still more work to do. If you feel comfortable, we would like to get more of your thoughts on how we can improve in these areas. Feel free to confidentially e-mail us at life@washpost.com.

Pros

Mission - there are very few companies that not only document "the first rough draft of history", but also impact history, every day, without a fail.

Cons

It's a mid-size company, so if you thrive in a highly structured, processes-oriented environment with standard operating procedures to follow, this may not be the right company for you.

Even though we are a mid-size company, we hope that this environment empowers you to shape ideas, redefine speed, take ownership and lead. Also, thank you for the advice on a work from home policy. We're exploring a variety of options for the future!
