Pros

I feel that the Post does top notch journalism across the board, while maintaining a friendly environment.

Cons

Like any other newsroom, sometimes you have to work with limited resources. But, in general, you have all you need to get the job done.

Pros

The culture is that of a fast moving company and the engineering team works on cutting edge technology. The idea is for the engineering team to develop technological products to help the newsroom at WaPo as well as other news rooms. This is the major money maker.

Cons

Synergy between the engineering team and the newsroom can be improved.
