Pros

Name recognition is good, that's the best thing I can say.

Cons

Poor management. Micromanaging is the way they run their sales departments. HR is a whole other issue, especially their lack of communication.

Thank you so much for taking the time to write a review – we appreciate it when former employees take the time to leave us feedback. We’re disappointed to hear that you feel there was poor communication in the HR department and poor management in the Sales department. At The Washington Post, manager training is something we are committed to and work on throughout the year with our “Take the Lead” series and The Leadership Project. We would love it if you would email us at life@washpost.com with more details so we can do better in the future.
