Pros

TWP/Arc Publishing is a great place to work--everyone is very helpful and can answer any question you have, whether it's your first day or you've been there a year. People are very passionate about their work and it really shows in the different projects that are brought to fruition for clients. While there are always growing pains in a smaller company (Arc), the leadership is very involved and responsive and is constantly pivoting to make the internal culture better, which ultimately reflects well for clients. Highly recommend for a fun, challenging role with an incredible brand.

Cons

Healthcare is expensive and restrictive on prescriptions.
