Thanks for taking the time to write a review and for working on our team. We're glad you found The Post to be forward thinking as innovation is a key value of ours. That's why we were named the 8th most innovative company in the world by Fast Company this past year. Thanks for the feedback on movement within The Post. We take that very seriously, which is why we launched The Leadership Project years ago to develop our leaders. We also have The Growth Project focused on career development. Thanks again for your feedback and working at The Washington Post.

Pros

Never have I worked at a company whose external values match so closely with their internal values-- integrity, truth, and innovation. The video team encourages experimentation, creativity and boundary pushing. These values are so important for discovering powerful content that sticks.

Cons

We're stretched a bit thin on my team—more (wo)man power would be incredibly helpful.
