Pros

It's great to work for an organization with such history. The work is challenging, but there are always opportunities to grow and learn, making the day to day enjoyable. The management is incredibly supportive and the organization overall has been flexible and great managing through the Covid-19 pandemic.

Cons

Pros

The Washington Post is full of hard working, exceptional individuals driven by a shared belief in the organization's mission. I work on the business side and I can say without hesitation we are motivated by the belief in the editorial mission of The Washington Post. Our efforts to drive revenue ensure that mission can be met. Morale is high since the Bezos acquisition and investments in technology and engineering have paid off.

Cons

The Post is still in a transition moving from print to digital. They have done a great job, but it is still a challenge to navigate and can be painful at times.
